We carefully do our best to deliver the order to you as soon as possible. We try to dispatch orders placed on working days before 4 p.m. on the same working day. However, we are not always able to meet this deadline, sometimes products are out of stock and the delivery of your order may take a little longer.
The product pages give an indication of the delivery time. Should we not meet this delivery time for any reason, we will of course inform you as soon as possible.

Delivery is made via postman, parcel delivery or via our transport service. Generally, delivery will take place within three working days between 9:00 and 18:00. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the time of delivery.
In connection with food safety and our products are often used for food packaging, they cannot be returned.
If products are specially custom-made to the customers' requirement, they can only be returned if the product is broken. Before returning, one of our employees should always be contacted first. We assume the costs associated with the return.
