We make every effort to ship your order as soon as possible.
Do you order on a working day before 14:00? Then we will ship your order the same day in most cases.
Almost all our products are available directly from stock. However, if an item is temporarily unavailable, we will of course contact you immediately.

Shipping methods

Your order will be shipped via parcel services such as DHL, DPD or PostNL, or via specialised transport services for pallet shipments. The shipping method depends on the volume and weight of your order.

Track & Trace

As soon as your order is on its way, we will automatically send you an e-mail with a Track & Trace code. This allows you to easily track the shipment of your parcel.

Return policy

In connection with food safety and our products are often used for food packaging, they cannot be returned. If products are specially custom-made to the customers' requirement, they can only be returned if the product is broken. Before returning, one of our employees should always be contacted first. We assume the costs associated with the return. See our terms and conditions on the Terms and conditions.

International shipping

Cooled Solutions ships to almost all countries within Europe. Want to ship outside Europe? Then please take contact on for advice and information.

Problems with shipping?

In the unlikely event that something goes wrong with your delivery or damage has occurred in transit, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt via our contact page. We will solve the problem for you gladly and quickly!
