Insulation box

The Tempguard insulation box consists of 3 separate parts: 1x cardboard box and 2x insulation sheet. These are all delivered separately. The advantage of this is that it takes up relatively little storage space and transport costs per box are lower.

Yes this is certainly possible, however we only do this when the order is for +2,000 pieces. A solution often used for smaller quantities is the use of stickers.

We offer the insulation sheets in 5 standard sizes and herewith we also have 5 standard box sizes available. However, it is possible to combine the insulation sheets with other box sizes. Exactly how long a product stays chilled is difficult to say. This is mainly because a number of variables come into play: Ambient temperature, transport time and the temperature at which the product enters the packaging. In general, you can certainly keep your products chilled/frozen for 48 hours.

Yes, the box consists of a cardboard outer box containing insulating sheets made from old newspaper pulvers. So the box consists of 100% recycled paper and is also 100% recyclable again.
