This insulation cover is used as a thermal sleeve for storage and transport of conditioned goods with the aim of protecting the products from external temperatures. Besides temperature protection, the thermal sleeve also offers prevention against theft and damage. The roof of the thermal insulation cover corresponds to the size of a pallet, so the thermal cover falls quickly and correctly over the goods. This makes the cover very easy to apply.
Thermal insulation covers are designed for transporting temperature-controlled vegetables, fruit, meat, fish, medical, pharmaceutical and other perishable goods. Thermal pallet covers are used in the frozen (-20C), refrigerated (2-8C) and controlled ambient (8-25C) temperature ranges. There are different thermal pallet covers for each of these temperature ranges. The thermal pallet cover is also known as a thermo cover. Our Thermal pallet cover, or thermo cover, is available in many different sizes. The combination of bubble wrap laminated with aluminium ensures an optimal insulation degree. This makes thermal covers very popular. At the bottom of the pallet an Insulated bottom block pallet (130 x 150 cm) or Insulated bottom Euro pallet ( 110 x 150 cm) is often used.
