EPS boxes offer excellent insulation while being lightweight. Thanks to its shock-absorbing properties, EPS optimally protects your products during transport. In addition, the material is insensitive to moisture and mould, ensuring a hygienic and sustainable packaging solution.
A EPP box is a high-quality insulation box made of Expanded Polypropylene (EPP) and is fully recyclable. Thanks to its dense structure, EPP has an excellent insulation value and maintains optimum temperature inside the box. The material is lightweight but extremely strong, making the box durable and perfect for repeated use.
The thermo boxes are suitable for transport within three temperature ranges: frozen (-20°C), chilled (2-8°C) and controlled ambient temperature (8-25°C). Different thermo boxes are available for each application, combined with specific cooling solutions for optimal temperature maintenance.
The TempGuard box insulation is suitable for all industries in which temperature-sensitive products are shipped. The TempGuard insulation sheets are available as single sheets or as a complete set, including a matching box, for optimal protection and temperature maintenance during transport.
Our coolboxes are available in various sizes and designs, perfect for refrigerated transport and storage of products. The standard cool box is lightweight and convenient for shorter transports, while the insulated cool box has extra-thick walls for long-term cooling. Both variants provide optimal temperature maintenance and protection.

The Cooled Solutions insulation bag provides optimal insulation during transport and is available in different sizes and qualities. This cooling bag is used as a thermo bag for storage and transport of conditioned goods with the aim of protecting the products from external temperatures.
Insulating foil is also called insulation foil aluminium, insulation bubble foil, Bubble foil aluminium, thin insulation on a roll and thermo foil these are all different names for insulating foil that can be used to protect products from outside temperatures.

When insulating a pallet, it is very important to also insulate the underside. As it is very hot on the destination platforms, warm air can easily slip into the pallet via the underside.
Besides our range of refrigerated boxes and refrigerated packaging, we have all kinds of refrigerants in our range that can be used in combination.
The cooling gel in our IcePack is of high quality and retains its temperature for a long time so that your transport can be carried safely and cooled. We supply IcePack per box and per pallet in various sizes. The IcePack can be custom-made from 50 to 1500 grams.
Cooled Solutions Ice Pack sheets they high quality ice mats used for keeping your conditioned shipments chilled. Our absorber ice mats are supplied as individual sheets and in rolls, making them easy to store and take up little volume. The sheet consists of a super-absorbent granulate and a water-absorbing bag.
Cooled Solutions Cooling Elements are handy cooling elements for conditioned transport. The cooling gel in our cooling elements is of high quality and retains its temperature for a long time so that your transport can be safely transported cooled. A cooling element is extremely suitable for multiple use; its sturdy plastic sleeve allows it to be frozen several times.
Packaging materials and accessories
Bubble wrap, bubble wrap or air cushion wrap, all names for the same product. Bubble wrap is by far the most commonly used packaging material. Thanks to bubble wrap, your shipments will reach the customer safely. Bubble wrap can be divided into different grades. Light, normal and extra strong. Which one suits you best depends on the product you will be shipping.
Thanks to our absorption mats, your meat, fish and fruit will stay fresh for longer! A fresh, tasty presentation of goods indicates quality, it has a major influence on the purchase decision. Optimise presentation, minimise waste. The absorption mat prevents your produce from swimming in its own juice. Blood and meat juices in the packaging are not only unsightly to look at, it is also an ideal breeding ground for bacteria.
Keep track of temperature changes and off-take of your products. Insert the data logger into your computer and read out what the exact temperature change was.
The Cooled Solutions container liner is a total insulating inner liner for a sea container in 20ft, 40ft and 45ft container sizes. Sea container insulation liners ensure a more consistent temperature inside the container. The insulating effect can be used to prevent both hot and cold temperatures.
Condensation forming during sea container transport is a common problem. Serious damage can occur if nothing is done to collect this condensation. With a container dry bag, this problem can be reduced.
