EPS boxes have the property of being well-insulated and lightweight. As EPS absorbs shocks well, your product is protected during transport. Another advantage of EPS boxes is that the material is insensitive to moisture and mould, for example.
An EPP box is an insulating box made of Expanded Poly Propylene (EPP) and is 100% recyclable. Due to the compressed material, EPP has a high insulation value. The material of the EPP boxes is lightweight but at the same time very strong. This makes the EPP box very suitable for repeated use.
Thermo boxes are used in frozen (-20C), chilled (2-8C) and controlled ambient temperatures (8-25C). There are different thermo boxes with specific cooling bags for each of these temperatures.
TempGuard box insulation can be used in all markets where temperature-sensitive products are shipped. TempGuard insulation sheets are available as single sheets and as a complete set: insulation sheet + box.
The EcoCoolBox is the eco-friendly alternative to the traditional EPS box (Styrofoam/styrofoam) when it comes to protecting and transporting products that are sensitive to temperature changes.
Our American cardboard folding boxes consist of 2 qualities. Cardboard Box with Wall Thickness 3mm (single wave) and Cardboard Box Wall Thickness 7mm (double wave). The latter American folding box BC corrugated has a load capacity of about 20 kg.

When insulating a pallet, it is very important to also insulate the underside. As it is very hot on the destination platforms, warm air can easily slip into the pallet via the underside.
Besides our range of refrigerated boxes and refrigerated packaging, we have all kinds of refrigerants in our range that can be used in combination.
The cooling gel in our IcePack is of high quality and retains its temperature for a long time so that your transport can be carried safely and cooled. We supply IcePack per box and per pallet in various sizes. The IcePack can be custom-made from 50 to 1500 grams.
Cooled Solutions Ice Pack sheets they high quality ice mats used for keeping your conditioned shipments chilled. Our absorber ice mats are supplied as individual sheets and in rolls, making them easy to store and take up little volume. The sheet consists of a super-absorbent granulate and a water-absorbing bag.
Cooled Solutions Cooling Elements are handy cooling elements for conditioned transport. The cooling gel in our cooling elements is of high quality and retains its temperature for a long time so that your transport can be safely transported cooled. A cooling element is extremely suitable for multiple use; its sturdy plastic sleeve allows it to be frozen several times.
Packaging materials and accessories
Bubble wrap, bubble wrap or air cushion wrap, all names for the same product. Bubble wrap is by far the most commonly used packaging material. Thanks to bubble wrap, your shipments will reach the customer safely. Bubble wrap can be divided into different grades. Light, normal and extra strong. Which one suits you best depends on the product you will be shipping.
Thanks to our absorption mats, your meat, fish and fruit will stay fresh for longer! A fresh, tasty presentation of goods indicates quality, it has a major influence on the purchase decision. Optimise presentation, minimise waste. The absorption mat prevents your produce from swimming in its own juice. Blood and meat juices in the packaging are not only unsightly to look at, it is also an ideal breeding ground for bacteria.
Keep track of temperature changes and off-take of your products. Insert the data logger into your computer and read out what the exact temperature change was.
The Cooled Solutions container liner is a total insulating inner liner for a sea container in 20ft, 40ft and 45ft container sizes. Sea container insulation liners ensure a more consistent temperature inside the container. The insulating effect can be used to prevent both hot and cold temperatures.
Condensation forming during sea container transport is a common problem. Serious damage can occur if nothing is done to collect this condensation. With a container dry bag, this problem can be reduced.
