The Cooled Solutions container liner is a total insulating inner liner for a sea container in 20ft, 40ft and 45ft container sizes. Sea container insulation liners ensure a more consistent temperature inside the container. The insulating effect can be used to prevent both hot and cold temperatures. The sea container liners correspond to the inside dimensions of the container and are easy to attach, it is also possible to produce specific dimensions on request. The container liners developed and manufactured by Cooled solutions are used to insulate and protect various goods such as fish, meat, chemicals, beverages, bio, Pharma and other temperature-sensitive products.
Our container liners are available in almost any size. Our standard dimensions are 20DV 20HC 40DV 40HC 45 HC. To best insulate the container, we recommend using a container liner and pad. If you require a different size or have a specific question about our container liners, please contact one of our specialists by telephone or by requesting a quotation.
Our container liners are reusable, but often our customers do not have a return system for this. This is because it is cost-inefficient when the container is sent to Asia, for example. If the container liner is not sent to a distant destination and it is desired to reuse the container liner, it is important not to pull on the fastening points when fitting and removing the liner and to handle it with care.
